RWA Notice dtd 11th Feb-08
            1.
It has been decided in the meeting of the Governing Body on 10/02/08 to hold elections to elect 27 members of the new Governing Body. For this, Shri. Nawal Kishore Tyagi, Flat no. 816, Crema has been appointed by the Governing Body as the Returning Officer along with one more Election Officer (any resident who is not contesting elections) for conducting proper elections.
  
            2. The Memorandum of Association of RWA is available on the web site www.indirapuram.com/mahagun mansion  
            3.
To vote and to file nomination for the governing body one has to be a member of the RWA by paying Rs. 300/- as one-time membership fee. The residents who have already paid Rs.100/- earlier have to pay Rs.200/- and new members have to pay Rs.300/-. The following representatives have been assigned the task of collecting the membership fee from residents in each block mentioned against their names:

Residents are once again requested to get themselves enrolled.

The last date for up-dating the membership of RWA for filling the nominations is18/02/08. Only those members who have paid the membership amount by 18/02/08 shall be eligible to contest the election for governing body and any member who has paid the amount till the voting ends on election date will be able to vote.

The last date for filling the nominations is 20/02/08.

7. The list of contestants will be put on notice board on21/02/08.
  
           8.
The date of elections shall be 24th of Feb’08 (10am to 3pm)
  
           9.
Results by 5pm on the same day.
